The Road Traffic (Foreign Vehicles) Act 1972 (c.27) E+W+S

6 E+W+S In section 1 of the Road Traffic (Foreign Vehicles) Act 1972 (power to prohibit driving of foreign goods vehicle) in subsection (6)(a) for sub-paragraphs (i) to (iii) there shall be substituted the words “ section 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (using vehicle in dangerous condition etc) or regulations under section 41 of that Act (construction, weight, equipment etc of motor vehicles and trailers), ”.
