9E+W+SIn Schedule 2 to that Act (provisions relating to vehicles and their drivers) after the entry relating to section 100 of the M1Transport Act 1968 there shall be inserted the following entry—
| “Section 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988. | To create offence of using motor vehicle or trailer in dangerous condition etc.” |
