There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 90.
90(1)Section 23 of that Act (alternative verdicts in Scotland) shall be amended as follows.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)for the words “motor vehicle” there shall be substituted the words “ mechanically propelled vehicle ”; and
(b)for the word “reckless” there shall be substituted the word “ dangerous ”.
(3)Subsection (2) shall be omitted.
