34 Regulations about liability orders.E+W+S
(1)The Secretary of State may make regulations in relation to England and Wales—
(a)prescribing the procedure to be followed in dealing with an application by the [F1Secretary of State] for a liability order;
(b)prescribing the form and contents of a liability order; and
(c)providing that where a magistrates’ court has made a liability order, the person against whom it is made shall, during such time as the amount in respect of which the order was made remains wholly or partly unpaid, be under a duty to supply relevant information to the [F2Secretary of State].
(2)In subsection (1) “relevant information” means any information of a prescribed description which is in the possession of the liable person and which the [F3Secretary of State] has asked him to supply.
