(1)Section 34(1) does not apply to Scotland.
(2)In Scotland, the Secretary of State may make regulations providing that where the sheriff has made a liability order, the person against whom it is made shall, during such time as the amount in respect of which the order was made remains wholly or partly unpaid, be under a duty to supply relevant information to the [F1Secretary of State].
(3)In this section “relevant information” has the same meaning as in section 34(2).
