133 Power to authorise the [F2Agency] to issue levies.E+W

For the purposes of its flood defence functions the [F2Agency] shall be a levying body within the meaning of section 74 of the M1Local Government Finance Act 1988 (power to make regulations authorising a levying body to issue a levy); and that section shall have effect accordingly.
