2E+WWhere the [F1appropriate agency] has applied for an order under section 93 of this Act, it shall, at the request of any person and on payment by that person of such charge (if any) as the [F1appropriate agency] may reasonably require, furnish that person with a copy of the draft order submitted to the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 above.
