46E+W+SIn section 2 of the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978 (rebates for institutions for the disabled), in subsections (5B) and (5C), for the words “valuation and community charge tribunal", in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ valuation tribunal ”.
