House of Commons disqualification

6 In Part III of Schedule 1 to the [1975 c. 24.] House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices) there is inserted at the appropriate place— “Any member of the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council in receipt of remuneration.
