62U.K.In Article 169 (dissolution: winding up by the High Court) of the Order, paragraph (1) applies with the omission of the words from “and, subject" to the end of the paragraph; and in paragraphs (2) and (3) references to the Department shall have effect as references to the [F1Authority].
