(1)Any power of the Treasury F1. . . to make regulations or an order under this Act is exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2)Any statutory instrument containing such regulations or such an order, other than an order under [F2section 5, 69J or 69K] above or section 126 below, shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(3)Any power conferred by this Act to make such regulations or such an order includes power—
(a)to make different provision for different cases; and
(b)to make transitional, consequential or supplementary provision.
