7 E+W+S In section 293 (powers of entry for purposes connected with certain orders relating to footpaths and bridleways) in subsection (1) for the words “or a public path diversion order” there shall be substituted the words “ , a rail crossing extinguishment order, a public path diversion order or a rail crossing diversion order ”.
