Social Security Administration Act 1992, Cross Heading: Claims made or treated as made on or after 13th July 1990 and before 1st October 1990 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
5U.K.Section 1 above shall have effect in relation to a claim made or treated as made on or after 13th July 1990 and before 1st October 1990 as if there were omitted—
(a)from subsection (1), the words “the following provisions of this section and to”; and
(b)subsection (3).
