The Land Compensation Act 1961 (c. 33)

1In section 21(1) of the Land Compensation Act 1961, for “the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 (or any enactment replaced thereby)” there is substituted “the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (or any enactment replaced thereby)”.

The Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 (c. 14)

2In section 10(2) of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964, for “section 13 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971” there is substituted “section 11 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992”.

The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 (c. 52)
