9U.K.In section 43 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1968, in the definition of “night café”, for “section 4 of the Charities Act 1960” and “subsection (4) thereof” there shall be substituted respectively “section 3 of the Charities Act 1993” and “subsection (5) thereof”.
