94Restriction on institution of proceedings for certain offences
(1)No proceedings for an offence under this Act to which this section applies shall be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
(2)This section applies to any offence under—
(a)section 5;
(b)section 11;
(c)section 18(14);
(d)section 49; or
(e)section 73(1).
