8In section 174(3) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (exceptions from the general restriction on the disclosure of information obtained under or by virtue of that Act), in paragraph (a)—
(a)after the words “Courts and Legal Services Act 1990" there shall be inserted the words “ or the Railways Act 1993 ”; and
(b)after the words “the Director General of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland" (which were inserted by paragraph 14(b) of Schedule 12 to the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992) there shall be inserted the words “ the Rail Regulator ”.
