19 U.K. The repeal of subsection (2) of section 17A of the Social Security Act 1986 shall not affect the validity of any Order containing such provision as there mentioned (provision for the Secretary of State to make payments in relation to the provisions contained in Part I of that Act for any period beginning on or after 6th April 1987).
