The Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 (c. 32) E+W

4 E+W In section 24(2) of and paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 for the words “Social Security Pensions Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Pension Schemes Act 1993 ”.
