12E+WIn sections 55(2)(b)(ii) and 58(2)(ii) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 for the words “Part III of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Chapter III of Part III of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 ”.
