Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993, Paragraph 32 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
32N.I.In section 34(5) of that Act, for the words “Article 31 of the Pensions Order” there shall be substituted the words “ section 42 of the Pensions Act ”.
