3U.K.[F1Chapter IV of Part IV of the Pension Schemes Act 1993] (transfer values) and [F2Chapter IV of Part IV of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993] (corresponding Northern Ireland provisions) shall not apply in relation to those schemes to which this Schedule applies.
