In this Act—
“the 1975 Act” means the [1975 c. 21.] Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975;
“the 1980 Act” means the [1980 c. 62.] Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980; and
“the 1989 Act” means the [1989 c. 45.] Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989.
