66(1)In section 79 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (grants towards cost of sound-proofing buildings), in subsection (7), omit “and Wales”.E+W+S

(2)In section 105(1) of that Act (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority” omit “and Wales” and, after that paragraph, insert—

“(aa)in relation to Wales, means a county council or a county borough council;”.
