The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (c. 9)
40Section 85 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (regulation-making power to apply certain enactments relating to statutory undertakers to the Corporation) shall cease to have effect.
