6 U.K. In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (other disqualifying offices), for the entry relating to persons appointed to hear and determine appeals under the Trade Marks Act 1938 substitute— “ Person appointed to hear and determine appeals under the Trade Marks Act 1994. ”
