Leasehold Reform Act 1967 U.K.

48 U.K. In section 28 of the M1 Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (retention or resumption of land required for public purposes), in subsection (5), in paragraph (a) for the words “any combined police authority" onwards there shall be substituted the words “ any police authority established under section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1964; and ”.
