17In section 39(4) of the [1967 c. 77.] Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (payment by police authority of damages awarded against constables), after the words “section 11 of this Act” there shall be inserted the words “or section 141 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994”.
