23 U.K. In section 36 of the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 (power of Court of Appeal to grant bail on appeal by defendant), after the word “may” there shall be inserted the words “ , subject to section 25 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 ”.
