Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (c. 5) U.K.

25 U.K. In section 9(6) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (offences in connection with which power to make provision for the enforcement in the United Kingdom of foreign forfeiture etc orders may be exercised), for the words “section 38(1) of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “ section 1(3) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 ”.
