6[F1(1) Article 7 shall not apply in respect of any sea going ship and shall have effect in respect of any ship which is not as if in paragraph 1 of that article.U.K.

(2)In paragraph 2 of article 7 the reference to claims brought on behalf of a person includes a reference to any claim in respect of the death of a person under the M1Fatal Accidents Act 1976, the M2Fatal Accidents (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 or the Damages (Scotland) Act 1976.
