8SIn section 56(1) (interpretation etc of Part II) the following definitions shall be inserted in the appropriate places—
““drain” has the same meaning as in the M1Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968;”; and
““sewer” has the same meaning as in the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968;”.
