127E+W+SIn Schedule 13 to that Act (protective provisions in respect of certain undertakers) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraphs (2) and (5)(a), for the words “the NRA”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ”.
