228E+W+SIn section 48 of that Act (index of defined expressions) in the Table—
(a)the following entries shall be inserted at the appropriate place—
| “the appropriate Agency | section 47(1)”; |
| “SEPA | section 47(1)”; |
(b)the entry relating to the chief inspector shall be omitted.
