The Leasehold Property (Repairs) Act 1938 (c. 34)E+W
8E+WIn section 7(1) of the Leasehold Property (Repairs) Act 1938 (interpretation), at the end there shall be added “ which is a lease in relation to which that Act applies and not being a farm business tenancy within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 ”.
