SCHEDULE 1 E+W+S Consequential amendments

The Transport Act 1968 (c.73) E+W+S

1 E+W+S Section 135(4)(b) of the Transport Act 1968 shall continue to have effect with the substitution (originally made by paragraph 6 of Schedule 16 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978) of “ an [F1 employment tribunal] ” for the words from “a tribunal" to the end.

(a) in subsection (3)(c), the words from “a tribunal" to the end, and
