11E+W+SIn section 181(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993, in the definition of “ [F1employment tribunal]", for “section 128 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978" substitute “ section 1(1) of [F1the Employment Tribunals Act 1996] ”.
