578 Meaning of “the Education Acts”. E+W

In this Act “the Education Acts” means this Act together with the following Acts—

• the M1 Education Act 1962;

• the M2 Education Act 1967;

• the M3 Education Act 1973;

• the M4 Education Act 1980;

• the M5 Education (Fees and Awards) Act 1983;

• the M6 Further Education Act 1985 (except sections 4 and 5);

• the M7 Education Act 1986;

• the M8 Education (No. 2) Act 1986;

• the M9 Education Reform Act 1988;

• the M10 Education (Student Loans) Act 1990;

• the M11 School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Act 1991;

• the M12 Further and Higher Education Act 1992;

• the M13 Education Act 1994;

• the M14 Education (Student Loans) Act 1996;

• the M15 Nursery Education and Grant-Maintained Schools Act 1996;

• the M16 School Inspections Act 1996.
