1Where on the commencement of this Act a code has been published or falls to be treated as having been published under section 33A(11)(a) of the [1959 c. 40.] Deer (Scotland) Act 1959, that code shall be treated, after that commencement, as if it had been published under section 37(5)(a) of this Act.
