The Capital Allowances Act 1990
44In section 29(3) of the [1990 c. 1.] Capital Allowances Act 1990 (apportionments where a letting relates only in part to holiday accommodation) for “appear to the inspector, or on appeal the Commissioners, to be” there shall be substituted “are”.
