26 In Schedule 4 to the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (forfeiture orders), in paragraph 1(3), for “section 61 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979” there shall be substituted “ section 60 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997 ”.
