Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c.33) E+W

13 E+W At the end of subsection (2) of section 36 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (review of sentencing) there shall be inserted the words “ or failed to impose a sentence required by section 2(2), 3(2) or 4(2) of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 ”.
