15(1)The following persons, namely—E+W+N.I.
(a)a representative of the Secretary of State,
[(b)a representative of the National Assembly for Wales,]
(c)a representative of such other body as the Secretary of State may designate, and
(d)[Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills], or a representative of his,
shall be entitled to attend and take part in deliberations (but not in decisions) at meetings of the Authority or of any committee of the Authority.
(2)The Authority shall provide the Secretary of State, [the National Assembly for Wales], any person falling within sub-paragraph (1)(c) and [Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills] with such copies of any documents distributed to members of the Authority or of any such committee as each of those persons may require.
