45In Schedule 2 to that Act (the funding authorities), paragraph 9(2) (superannuation of employees) shall have effect (and be deemed always to have had effect) with the following amendments, namely—
(a)for “the Treasury”, in the first place where it occurs, substitute “ the Minister for the Civil Service ”; and
(b)for “the Treasury”, in the other places where it occurs, substitute “ he ”.
