11SIn section 13 of the Foster Children (Scotland) Act, for the words “section 47 of the M1Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937” to the end there shall be substituted the words “ section 55 of the M2Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (child assessment orders) as giving the local authority reasonable cause for the suspicion mentioned in subsection (1)(a) of that section ”.
