45In section 60 of the County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience for officer of local authority in proceedings brought by authority), in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority”, after “1996” there shall be inserted “ , the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service, the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad ”.
