SCHEDULE 7U.K. Restriction on disclosure of information

Disclosure for the purposes of the Bank’s functionsU.K.

2(1)Paragraph 1 does not preclude the disclosure of information in any case in which disclosure is for the purpose of enabling or assisting the Bank to discharge—U.K.

(a)its functions as a monetary authority,

(b)its functions as a supervisor of systems for the transfer of funds between credit institutions and their customers, F1...

(c)its functions under Schedule 2, [F2 or

(d)its functions as the Prudential Regulation Authority.]

[F3(2)“Credit institution” means an undertaking whose business is to receive deposits or other repayable funds from the public and to grant credits for its own account.]
