School Standards and Framework Act 1998, Paragraph 156 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
156E+WIn section 540 (distribution of information about schools providing a secondary education), for subsection (2) substitute—
“(2)In this section “school” means—
(a)any community, foundation or voluntary school, or
(b)any community or foundation special school (which is not established in a hospital).”
