175 E+W In section 568 (orders)—

(a) for subsection (2) substitute—

“(2) For the purposes of subsection (1) “the excepted provisions” are—

• section 349;

• sections 468, 471(1) and 474;

• section 489(3);

• section 497; and

• section 545.”;

(b) in subsection (3), omit “section 517(6),”; and

(c) omit subsection (5)(b) and the “or” preceding it.
