National Audit Act 1983 (c.44) U.K.

20 U.K. Sections 6 and 7 of the National Audit Act 1983 (value for money studies) shall not apply in relation to—

(a) the Scottish Administration or any part of it, or

(b) any Scottish public authority with mixed functions or no reserved functions.
